How to Fix Apple Watch Series 3 Stuck on Apple Logo

The Apple Watch has become a popular and indeed useful device today. Just like iPhones, old models of the Apple Watch series are popular among users.

But with the latest software updates, Apple Watch Series 3 users are facing an error with the Apple logo stuck on the screen.

If the same issue is troubling you, let me show you possible reasons and solutions to fix it.

Possible Causes of the Issue

Before diving into the solutions, it’s crucial to understand the underlying causes that might lead your Apple Watch to get stuck on the Apple logo. These issues range from software-related glitches to hardware malfunctions.

Software or Settings Misconfigurations: Your Apple Watch operates based on its installed software and configured settings. If there’s a glitch or misconfiguration in these aspects, it may trigger the Apple logo to stay on the screen indefinitely.

Connection Module Issues: The connectivity module in your Apple Watch controls the communication between your watch and other devices like your iPhone. If this module encounters a problem, it could potentially cause the Apple logo issue.

Mismatched Time Zone: While it might seem trivial, a mismatched time zone can also cause your Apple Watch to get stuck on the Apple logo. This is because it may disrupt the synchronization between your Apple Watch and iPhone, leading to software complications.

Failing or Faulty Battery: If your Apple Watch’s battery is deteriorating or faulty, it may not be able to supply enough power to start the watch, causing the device to get stuck on the Apple logo.

Accessibility Settings: Some users have found that certain accessibility settings, like VoiceOver, Screen Curtain, or Accessibility shortcuts, can cause the Apple logo issue.

Now that you have an idea of the possible causes, let’s explore the various solutions to address the issue:

1. Force Restart Your Watch

The first step is to try a force restart, which can often resolve temporary software glitches. To do this, press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Side Button for at least 10 seconds. Release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Give your watch a few minutes to restart.

2. Hard Reboot Your Apple Watch

If a force restart doesn’t work, try a hard reboot. Press and hold the Digital Crown and Side Button for 3-30 seconds and then release them. The screen should turn black, and your watch should reboot normally.

3. Reset Your Apple Watch to Factory Defaults

In some cases, your watch’s OS might be corrupt due to a failed update or other reasons. Resetting the Apple Watch to its factory defaults can help resolve this issue. Remember that this will erase all your data and settings, so make sure to back up your watch before proceeding.

4. Check Accessibility Settings

Some users have reported that their Apple Watch got stuck on the Apple logo due to accessibility settings. Try turning off VoiceOver, Screen Curtain, and Accessibility shortcuts to see if it resolves the issue.

5. Drain the Battery Completely

If your watch is stuck in a reboot loop, try draining the battery completely. This might clear the loop and resolve the issue. Once the battery is drained, charge the watch and turn it on again.

6. Contact Apple Support

If none of the above solutions work and your Apple Watch Series 3 is still stuck on the Apple logo, it’s time to contact Apple Support or visit an Apple store for further assistance. They can help diagnose the issue and provide the necessary support to resolve the problem.

While there is no single fix for an Apple Watch Series 3 stuck on the Apple logo, troubleshooting the issue using the methods mentioned above can often resolve the problem. If the issue persists, don’t hesitate to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance
