1. Restart your Firestick

2. Check the HDMI cable

3. Update your Firestick software

5. Reset your Firestick to factory defaults

- First, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Advanced > Reset to Factory Defaults on your FireStick.

- After which follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

- After that, activate split-screen mode.

For this, press the up button on the Firestick remote. Here, the video will have minimized to a small window in the corner of your screen, allowing you to continue working on other programs or browsing the web.
